Infinity Foods Gift Card — Terms & Conditions

Everyone deserves access to healthy, well-grown food. Our gift cards help you share that goodness with friends, family — or anyone who could do with a proper lunch.

Here’s everything you need to know:

Where your card can be used
• Redeemable in our Brighton shop & bakery only — we don’t have an online store just yet.
• Applies to all products we sell — from refills to rye bread. No exceptions.

Validity
• Your balance remains valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Any gift card that hasn’t been used for more than 730 days (two years) may be removed from our system — we don’t want old data hanging around. This may mean your balance is cleared. 
• From December 2025 new cards purchased don’t set expiry dates (and we’ll review this regularly).

Top-ups & balances
• Add any amount from £0.01 to £1,000 — as often as you like.
• Perfect for topping up lunches for teens in town or giving students a weekly shop of the Good Stuff.
• Any unused balance sticks around until the card becomes inactive (see above).
• You can check your balance in store at any till.

Lost, stolen, or damaged cards
• We can replace a card — but only if you have the original receipt as proof of purchase.
• Without a receipt, we aren’t able to retrieve the balance — we hope you understand.

Refunds
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• Purchases made with a gift card can still take part in store promotions and loyalty benefits when using a valid Community Card.

How to use
• Simply present your gift card at the till.
• If your purchase is more than the card balance, you will need to pay the difference by cash or bank card payment.

Fair use
• Please treat your gift card like cash.
• Infinity Foods may amend these terms when needed — but always with fairness in mind.
