Community Card

The Community Card is a loyalty scheme where you earn points every time you shop. 

The people who walk through our doors every day belong to our community. With your new Community Card, you will be able to collect points which will earn you money off, extra points coupons or special offers.

The Community Card helps make ethical, natural and organic food and products accessible to all.

GENERAL

• These terms and conditions, in conjunction with the Infinity Foods Cooperative Ltd privacy policy, are applicable across the Community Card and any participation is considered as acceptance. Additional terms and conditions may be in place for optional elements of the scheme, examples of which include, but are not limited to, prize draws and competitions. Community Card holders participating in the optional elements of the scheme will be considered as having accepted the additional terms and conditions.

• Infinity Foods Cooperative Ltd reserves the right to alter or delete any of the Community Card benefits at any time without prior notice.

• To be a member of the Community Card you must be aged 18 or over and be a resident of England, Scotland, Wales or Northern Ireland.

• Only one membership per person and only one named member per membership is allowed. 

• In order to receive marketing emails from Infinity Foods, community members must provide us with a valid email address and be opted into receiving email communications from Infinity Foods. 

• If you opt-in and supply us with an email address you are consenting to receive marketing material from Infinity Foods Community Card. Infinity Foods will never pass on your personal details to any third party except where we have your permission, where we are required to do so by law and to contracted companies who provide a service to us. • Community members will receive invitations to exclusive member events via email provided this has been supplied by a community card holder. Members can update their details at any time by ringing our shop at 01273 605365 or by emailing ([email protected])
• Please note if a member has not chosen to opt-in or has unsubscribed from Infinity Foods marketing emails we may not be able to notify them about events.

• Member offers are subject to availability and no cash alternative or substitution is available.
• Community card offers may not always be valid in conjunction with other discounts, offers or promotions.
• A valid Community card must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase in-store to qualify for exclusive Community Card offers.

Community cards

• A Community card can only be used in Infinity Foods Shop & Bakery.
• To get a Community card you must supply us with your postcode outward code (eg. BN1, BN11, or BN43). 
• To get a Community card you must have an email address. Only one email address can be registered to an account.
• Your Community card can only be used by the named and registered community member. It cannot be transferred or copied.
• A valid Community card must be presented and scanned at the point of purchase in-store to qualify for exclusive Community offers, discounts and points. 
• Your Community card must be presented when returning any goods allowing us to credit/debit the appropriate points from your card. Failure to do so could result in all your points being deleted. 
• The Community card is issued by and remains the property of Infinity Foods Cooperative Limited which reserves the right to terminate the scheme without prior notice and/or, on reasonable grounds, withdraw or cancel any Community card that they feel has been subject to abuse or attempted abuse.

Points

• Community members can collect 1 point for every £1 spent in a single transaction (after discounts). Each point is worth 1p in currency to be spent in-store.
• Points will be allocated to the account associated with the community card scanned. Please note that points may not appear instantly on the member’s account. 
• Points cannot be collected at third-party concessions in or outside Infinity Foods Shop & Bakery and when purchasing corn starch carrier bags, Giftcards and or Paper Gift Vouchers. Other exclusions may apply.
• Any promotional vouchers linked to the Community Card are non-transferable and are valid only for use with the cardholder. As such they cannot be sold or transferred for any monetary gain.
• Voucher terms and conditions apply and will be stated on each voucher.
• Infinity Foods Cooperative Ltd reserves the right to alter the terms of the points system at any time.
