- Grab all of the ingredients (apart from the wraps!) and mix together in a large bowl. Leave this to once side to sit for 5minutes.
- Next get one of the wraps and place it on your work surface. Put 1/4 of the filling in the middle of the wrap.
- Fold the bottom of the wrap over the filling and then fold the 2 sides in creating a little pocket.
- Then roll the wrap up towards the top and place folded side down on a plate.
- Repeat this for the other 3 wraps.
- Cut the wrap parcels in half on a slight diagonal and you’re ready to eat. These are perfect for an on the go breakfast!

Apple & Carrot Cake Breakfast Wraps
Ingredients
- 						    			- 4 wholemeal or corn tortillas
- 4 apples, grated
- 1 medium sized carrot, grated
- 1/4 cup goji berries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1 cup vanilla flavoured soya yoghurt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
