This is a super quick recipe for hummus for those days you have run out and shops are closed or you need a filling fast. Most of these are things you will probably have in your cupboards anyway. It takes ten minutes or less to make from start to finish and is yum!
- Peel the garlic and add to blender with drained chickpea, tahini, olive oil and lemon juice and a ¼ teaspoon of salt.
- Blend, add cold water to loosen the mixture as needed.
- Adjust seasoning to taste
