The Job:

Not just any job – this is a role in a busy workers’ co-operative at Infinity Foods Shop & Bakery, right in the heart of Brighton’s North Laine, established in 1971. We’re a different kind of business where we work together to decide how to make things better.

You:

We’re looking for passionate individuals who can bake with enthusiasm for organic goods. If you know your focaccia from your fougasse and thrive on rising early, you could be the perfect fit. It’s not just about baking expertise and people skills; we need team players who can make decisions with the co-op’s values in mind and are dedicated to our principles.

What’s in it for you?

Part-time position: 21 hours (3 days) per week, a mix of shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
While we value hard work, we also prioritise work-life balance, capping hours at 35 hours a week.
Plus, we offer a real thriving wage, a starting wage of £13.15 per hour.
