Seedy Sunday not only has a dazzling array of fascinating seeds, stalls and talks on offer, but also it marks the transition time when we can start to look forward to spending time outdoors once more.

It is so inspiring to be surrounded by people young, old, lifelong growers and allotment newbies alike, who share an interest in keeping locally adapted plant varieties alive.

Many people who attend are interested in growing organically, and the event reminds me how lucky we are to live somewhere with such a strong interest in natural organic foods.

It’s this historical interest that has allowed Infinity to build strong relationships with local organic growers, helping each other make our living out of growing with a light touch.

This year’s Seedy Sunday event is held at a new venue – BHASVIC 6th Form College, a break from recent years when it’s home was the Brighton Dome, which is currently being refurbished.

There is plenty to look forward to at the event on Sunday 5th February, including a cornucopia of stalls featuring traditional and heritage seed sellers, local growing projects, permaculture info, kids activities and of course, organic seed potatoes on the Infinity Foods table.

We hope to see you there.
